Open Positions


1. Associate (HLLQP Licensed)

Location: Ontario, Canada (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time  

About the Role:
As an Associate, you’ll leverage your HLLQP license to work directly with clients, creating customized financial plans focused on estate planning, trust formation, asset protection, and tax-efficient strategies. This role offers the opportunity to grow within our organization and advance to an independent broker role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present tailored financial plans for clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments, focusing on estate and asset protection strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Valid HLLQP (Harmonized Life License Qualification Program) license.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial planning or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Canadian tax laws, estate planning, and investment products. preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self Motivated to build independent brokerage team

2. Trainee Associate (HLLQP Training Program)

Location: Ontario, Canada (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time /Part Time 

About the Role:
As a Trainee Associate, you’ll work closely with experienced advisors to learn the intricacies of estate planning, trust formation, asset protection, and tax-efficient strategies. We’ll provide onboard training and support to help you obtain your HLLQP license, setting you on a path to become an independent broker within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior advisors in creating customized financial plans for clients.
  • Learn to conduct financial assessments under supervision.
  • Learn to build your own team leading to Independent Brokerage.
  • Support clients with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
  • Study and prepare for the HLLQP licensing exam with company-provided resources.
  • Participate in client meetings to gain hands-on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Motivated individual with a strong interest in building a career in finance.
  • No prior experience or license required; training provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Post-secondary education in finance, business, or a related field is an asset.
